Since no employees except shuttle drivers show up until 8 and the fleet is small you will get a car returned recently that hasn’t been cleaned. If you land at 6am, like we did, you are going to wait for a hour at the RCC and then about an hour at the U-Save location and probably won’t be in a vehicle until after 9. The first U-Save shuttle doesn’t get to the RCC until 7:30 & they don’t open until 8 and don’t answer phones before then.
Expect an hour of walking, waiting and being shuttled around before you ever get to a car place. Then you have to go to another line and wait for the U-Save shuttle and get taken across town to their location. May 2023 When you land at FLL you have to take a bus to the Car Rental Center. Stay in the airport, get a better deal and car literally anywhere else! This place was such a scam and I’m upset Priceline would even associate themselves with a company as shitty as Green Motion. When I called Priceline, they said they couldn’t refund me any money because of Green Motion’s contract.
I ended up getting a ride back to the airport and renting a car from Sixt which was actually cheaper for a fully loaded Jeep Cherokee. I asked for a refund and the guy at the desk told me to call Priceline to get fully refunded. There were 3 people in the lobby at the same time all upset and regretting their decision as well. Upon arriving we were told we have to have insurance in order to rent a vehicle but they “didn’t accept” my insurance (State Farm) so the only option was to purchase theirs which was around $40 a day ON TOP of the toll pass that he said “we had to have” for another $20 a day! We didn’t have to drive through any tolls during our entire trip so it makes no sense to have to spend the extra money.

To start things off, the shuttle wasn’t running so a driver had to take us to the location. Cons: Read the other reviews and DO NOT book with this place.
